Pet of the Week- “AJ” the rabbit; adopt him at the Center for Animal Health & Welfare; pet portraits by tracy bodeo photography

“AJ” is a young (~7 month old), large, male rabbit who was brought in with his siblings.  He is very sweet and doesn’t mind being pet or held.  Rabbits can be litter box trained and make nice pets when given the love and attention they deserve.

Cats from the Center for Animal Health and Welfare can now be seen at Petco in Easton.

In an effort to get more of the many, many cats from the Center for Animal Health and Welfare seen and adopted, Petco on 25th Street in Easton, PA, will now be housing several cats from the Center.  There were 4 cats brought to Petco last Sunday and two (Tootsy and Jonah) have already been adopted.  Hadley and Esky (both young females) are still waiting.  Please come and visit them (or their many friends at the Center) if you are considering bringing a new cat into your life.

Puppy portraits of Rexx, baby St. Bernard; Bethlehem, Easton, Allentown pet portraits by tracy bodeo photography

Meet Rexx, the adorable 30+ lb., 12 week old St. Bernard puppy!  This sweet (and super soft) dog was very well-behaved during his puppy session.  We were able to get some fun outdoor shots as well as formal images.  I look forward to working with him again in the future, when he will probably be close to 200 lbs.!

“Angelo” is our featured pet of the week; please visit him at the Center for Animal Health and Welfare.

This week’s featured pet: Angelo, a resident at the Center for Animal Health and Welfare.  Angelo is a really sweet dog who needs a home.  Please visit him at the Center.  He is waiting to meet you along with hundreds of other adoptable pets.

“My name is Angelo. I am a big beautiful lab/terrier mix looking for a friend or two to have some fun with. I enjoy going for walks and playing frisbee in the play yard is one of my favorite things to do”.  To read more about Angelo, please click here: http://healthyanimalcenter.com/petsDetails.asp?id=4244
