Thirty-seven dogs from the Center for Animal Health and Welfare spent an afternoon away from the shelter at Hugh Moore Park at the 19th annual “Paws for a Cause” event on October 2nd, 2011. Come to the 19th ANNUAL “PAWS FOR A CAUSE” to benefit The Center for Animal Health & Welfare. The event will take place rain or shine on Sunday, October 2, 2011 from 12 PM – 4 PM at Hugh Moore Park in Easton, PA.

Lehigh Valley Animal Rescue Groups Featuring Adoptable Dogs from the Center for Animal Health & Welfare.
I will be there walking one of the many adoptable dogs from the Center. This is a great chance to meet some of the Center dogs and see their wonderful personalities. I hope you will join me at this fun family event!
The Crafting for Paws fundraiser has been postponed until Sunday, September 25th, 2011 because of the hurricane/tropical storm that will be coming through our area tonight and tomorrow. Recently I had the pleasure of working with this sweet, gorgeous dog and her parents. Faye was adopted from the Center for Animal Health and Welfare several years ago. The love between Faye and her parents is apparent and so nice to witness. Faye is part German Shepard and part Rottweiler, two breeds that are considered by some to be a bit scary because they are big and dark-colored. Five minutes with Faye would make a Shepard/Rottie-lover out of anyone– what a loving, affectionate, sweetie-pie (and quite the athlete- she even throws herself her own toys!). Come to the Crafting for Paws Fundraiser sponsored by Scrapbooking’s Inn on Aug. 28th; tracy bodeo photography will be one of many vendors
Join us at the Crafting for Paws fundraiser to benefit the Center for Animal Health and Welfare in Easton, PA. The event is sponsored by Scrapbooking’s Inn and will take place on August 28th, 2011 from 1-6 pm at the Christ Church UCC, 75 E. Market St. Bethlehem, PA.
This event will feature a vendor fair, a bake sale, a silent auction, a scrapbooking yard sale and cat adoptions. Some of the participating vendors are: Premier Jewelry, Miche Bags, Stampin Up!, YOUR Photo (Customizing; t-shirts, bottle koozies, mouse pads, etc. Bring your usb flash drive!), Tastefully Simple, The K9Caterer, Avon, Close to My Heart, The Center (with cat adoptions), Dove Chocolate and tracy bodeo photography. We will all be helping to raise money for the ~500 animals at the Center for Animal Health & Welfare.
If you are a crafter, you can come and work on your craft or scrapbook from 1-9 pm for a $30.00 fee, which includes dinner, snacks, beverages and a craft share+. Make and take craft classes will also be held during the event. It’s going to be a lot of fun and you will be helping a great cause at a time when the Center is full of homeless animals.
